FORM OF USE:
Cleaning ovens and griddles:
Remove any stuck-on food residue with the scraper.
The oven or grill temperature should be between 60 and 80 oC.
Apply the pure product directly to the surface. Leave it to act for a few minutes, depending on the level of dirt. Once the grease has been removed, add a little water and remove the loose dirt with a damp sponge or cloth. Rinse well with water and allow to dry.
Hood filters:
Immerse the filters in a solution of 3 to 10% (depending on the dirt) with hot water. Leave to act for at least 20 minutes. Rinse and allow to dry.
Fryers:
Fill the fryer with a 3 to 10 % solution (150 to 500 ml per 5 litres of water). Start the fryer and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Once it has cooled, empty it and remove any residue from the walls and heating elements with a scouring pad. Rinse with plenty of water and allow to dry.
May give off irritating fumes.
DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM.
