For use on heat exchangers, a dosage of 2 to 3% of solution at a temperature of 70-80ºC for 20 to 30 minutes is recommended. It is important to control the circulation speed of the product during the cleaning process, keeping it 1.5 to 2 times faster than the circulation speed of the milk. For open surfaces, simply spray the product solution, leave it to act for about 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with water.

DEKA 1

Deka 1 is a powerful alkaline cleaner designed for all types of floors, especially for preparing surfaces before their vitrification treatment. It is also effective in removing wax residues and self-glossing emulsions from previous applications. For use, it is recommended to dilute it in water in a ratio of 5 to 10%, depending on the level of dirt and encrustations on the floor. It should then be applied in small areas using a scrubbing or rotary machine with a black or brown disc. AMMONIL

Thanks to its high concentration, it can be used in very low doses, even on very dirty surfaces. For use, it is recommended to dilute the product between 5% and 10%, depending on the surface to be cleaned. In the case of sanitary fixtures, kitchens and tiles, apply the solution with a cloth or sponge and rinse with water. For floors and walls, dilute it with 5% in the water in the mop bucket and apply with a well-wrung mop, without the need for subsequent rinsing. It is important to note that Amonil should not be used on crystallised floors, as it may affect their appearance.
