It's a degreasing detergent thixotropic, with great emulsifying power, which is very powerful and effective in dissolving all types of grease and dirt embedded in vertical surfaces, as well as those surfaces that are difficult to access.
It has a special composition that produces foam and adheres perfectly to vertical surfaces without dripping, thus generating a very complete cleaning, without wasting a single drop of product.
To use this degreasing detergent Foaming format, should be done with sprays, to spray the product on the surface in a homogeneous way. For greater cleaning effectiveness it is advisable to let the product rest degreasing detergent 3 to 5 minutes, so that it penetrates the stains well and is much easier to remove in a single pass, using a sponge, a scouring pad or a damp cloth.
For cleaning kitchen plates
In many restaurants, grills are used to cook food. Throughout the day, stains of grease, oil or dirt accumulate, which is why we must maintain impeccable cleanliness on a daily basis. And even more so if we are dealing with surfaces that belong to the food sector.
At Dermo, you can count on the degreasing detergent Audaz Planchas, in liquid form, is highly effective at removing burnt and even carbonised grease from cooking griddles, as well as ovens and grills. If you dissolve this product with water, you can also clean fryers with minimal effort. Audaz Planchas is a degreasing detergent capable of removing rust and acting, at the same time, as an antioxidant for the treated surfaces.
To clean ovens and hobs you should remove any food residue with the help of a scraper. The oven temperature should be between 60 and 80 degrees and you can apply the degreasing detergent directly on the surface. After waiting a few minutes, you can add a little water and remove the loose dirt with the help of a scouring pad or a damp cloth. You only need to rinse well and let it dry to see an impeccable result.
For hood filters, however, you should immerse the filters in a solution of 3 to 10% with hot water and leave to act for about 20 minutes, rinse and dry.
Deep fryers should be cleaned with a solution of 150 to 500 ml per 5 litres of water, depending on the amount of dirt accumulated. You should start the fryer and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. When it is cold, you can empty it and remove any residue from the walls, taking the necessary care and safety protocols indicated on the product, taking into account that this product cannot be used if the surface is made of aluminium.
