You don't have to clean every day, or spend an entire Saturday morning. All you have to do to start incorporating this routine into your life is to gradually incorporate small 5-minute routines dedicated to one specific thing, i.e. tidying up the inside of a chaotically messy drawer, washing the dishes in the sink, etc.<\/p>\n

It is a system of quick routines that you can use on a daily basis, to get used to doing things little by little. This does not mean that you should never do a general cleaning, but it will not be necessary once a week because during the week you will have been tidying up and cleaning every little corner of the house.<\/p>\n

For these small routines to work, it is essential to set certain days of the week, although some of these tasks will be daily, such as the 5 minutes to clean up spaces that are in very bad condition or very messy.<\/p>\n

To do a general cleaning, you can find one or two days a month that work for you and that you know you have more time to do, for example a Friday afternoon or a Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n

It is a good idea to write down what you want to fix, tidy up or clean, marking the day you plan to do it, so you have a clear routine and don't waste time unnecessarily.<\/p>\n

If you manage to carry out these routines you will feel very good, because you will be able to maintain a clean and spacious space, which will make you feel very comfortable and calm, inside your house.<\/p>\n
