Requirements for a detergent to be ecological<\/h2>\n

As we have explained in other articles, conventional detergents tend to have a composition that is very harmful to our health and the environment, since most of the elements contained in detergents are obtained from petroleum derivatives, such as surfactants.<\/p>\n

However, ecological detergents are less polluting and better for people's health, but in order to receive the label of ecological detergents they must meet a series of requirements, such as not using enzymes, having the required ecological certification, that the blockers are natural substances, using natural perfumes, biodegradable ingredients and packaging, an abundance of substances of plant origin, that they protect the environment and that they guarantee that they have been manufactured with a reduced energy cost using clean energy.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Tips for choosing the best eco-friendly detergent<\/h2>\n

When we go to a supermarket or a specialized store, whether physical or online, it is very important that we check the label of the detergent, which in principle must be ecological, since in the components we can see if it is really beneficial or not.<\/p>\n

It is important that the ecological detergent does not have any of the following components: EDTA, NTA or also known as nitrilotriacetic acid, phosphates, phosphonates and percarboxylates.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, if we are going to buy an ecological detergent to wash white clothes, it is also important that we avoid any type of bleach, since it is a chemical ingredient like any other, and although it leaves clothes whiter, we must keep in mind that it is also much more polluting and harmful to our health and the environment.<\/p>\n
