It's a degreaser concentrated liquid that is capable of removing burnt and carbonized grease from stovetops, ovens and grills in the most effective way and with the least possible effort. It is a product that, once dissolved in water, is perfect for cleaning fryers. It also removes rust and, in turn, acts as an antioxidant on the treated surfaces.

Instructions for use

Audaz Planchas It can be used to clean various types of surfaces, such as: ovens and grills, hood filters or fryers.

For cleaning ovens and grills: In this case, the temperature of the oven or grill should be between 60 and 80 degrees, before applying the product directly to the surface. Once you have left it to act for a few minutes, the grease will have been removed and all you need to do is add a little water and remove the loose dirt with a scraper, damp cloth or scouring pad. Then rinse and let the surface dry.

Hood filters: In this case you should immerse the hood filters in a 3 to 10% solution of Audaz Planchas, depending on the amount of dirt, with warm water. After letting the product sit for 20 minutes, simply rinse and let it dry.

Fryers: You will need to fill the fryer with a solution of 3 to 10%, that is, 150 to 500 ml of Audaz Planchas per litre of water. Then start the fryer and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Once it has cooled, you should empty the fryer and remove any residue that has stuck to the walls. Rinse with plenty of water and let it dry. It is not recommended to use on aluminium as it can give off irritating vapours.
