Non-antiseptic soaps and gels are used for this cleaning, as they are capable of removing dirt and some organic substances from our hands. In the hand washing process, the first thing we should do is wet our hands with water, then put soap in the palm of our hand and rub it with the other hand using circular movements.
Once this is done, we should rub one palm against the top of the other hand and vice versa, in order to clean both the top and bottom. Next, we should rub between our fingers, taking into account our nails. After thoroughly rubbing the tips of our fingers, we should rinse our hands with plenty of water, dry them and use the paper towel to turn off the tap. This way, we won't get our hands dirty again before leaving the bathroom.
Disinfect your hands
In case we need a disinfection and for faster and more effective cleaning we can choose from all types of gels and liquids disinfectants. The people who most often need this type of cleaning are in the healthcare sector, as they cannot infect patients or touch one after another without washing their hands.
With just 20-30 seconds we can disinfect our hands completely. The only thing we have to do is take the gel, apply it on the palm of our hand and, just like the other time, make circular movements, between the fingers and on the nails. Once finished, it will not be necessary to rinse and we can continue with our work in a safer way. It is important to wait for the hands to dry before continuing with our tasks, otherwise, the gel will disinfection would not be as effective.
