Moisturizing detergent

Moisturizing detergent

We use the moisturizing detergent as an efficient product to remove dirt and oil from clothes when mixed with water in washing processes. Water cannot remove oil and dirt from clothes. moisturizing detergent cleans by causing a chemical reaction with water to remove dirt and debris from clothing.

Detergents work with water to loosen dirt trapped in the clothing material and clean it. Detergents are alkaline in nature. They react chemically with dirt, oil or stains. Once the chemical reaction occurs, the dirt and stains and oil are lifted off the clothing fibers. From then on, the detergent is absorbed into the clothing. moisturizing detergent forms a layer around stain, dirt or oil molecules and does not allow them to be redeposited on the fabric.

Detergents consist of a long chain of hydrogen and carbon atoms, as well as an ionic group that dissolves in water. Most detergents have a negatively charged ionic group. These detergents are called anionic and include surfactants. Some special detergents have a positive ionic charge. These detergents are called cationic and have germicidal properties. Cationic detergents are commonly used in hospitals.

Surfactants have hydrophobic or water-hating molecular chains and hydrophilic or water-loving components. These water-hating molecules are repelled by water, but are attracted to oil and grease. The water-loving molecules will be attracted to water. Thus, the molecules that are attracted to oil and grease or stains wrap around the molecules of these stains. The soap solution is then cleaned from the fabric.

Natural soaps tend to gel easily while detergents lack this gelling problem. Detergents also react less strongly with hard water than soaps do. Hard water is caused by dissolved minerals. So if the wash water is hard, it forms insoluble salts on contact with the soap. The result is a fine white precipitate that settles on clothes, washing machines and any other surface. This material is difficult to remove and quite sticky. Soap works well in areas with very soft water, but causes problems when minerals are present. Therefore, detergents are best suited for washing clothes, even if the water is hard.
